Chris Eubank Jr has missed weight by 0.05 lbs for his grudge match against Conor Benn, and has subsequently been fined $500,000.
As we know, the stakes are high ahead of tomorrow night’s battle at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn. This is a fight between genuine rivals and it’s been brewing for a good few years now, with the expectation being that these two will go out there with the full intention of knocking each other out in a brutal way.
Chris Eubank Jr has had to deal with a lot being said about him in the media, especially by his father, whereas Benn has had to endure the constant reminders of his doping violation. Regardless of which way you look at this, there are going to be plenty of headlines made between now and the end of fight night.

Chris Eubank Jr is on a mission this weekend and while he may have plenty of thoughts running around in his head, you can bet he’s focused on taking out Conor Benn.
For Benn, this should serve as even greater motivation for what he plans on accomplishing in the capital. He needs to go in there and really pressure Chris from the word go and if he’s able to have some early success, this could turn into somthing special.
