What’s next for Jake Paul in 2025?
He’s one of the most talked about figures in all of combat sports, and yet, nobody can ever seem to figure out what Jake Paul is going to do next.
He is the definition of an enigma in the sport of boxing and, in many ways, his aura extends to mixed martial arts and beyond, too. Jake Paul has built an empire for himself and while he’s already been able to achieve a lot, he always comes across as the kind of fighter who is hungry for more.
He certainly got more when he battled Mike Tyson in their blockbuster Netflix crossover event, with ‘The Problem Child’ managing to get his hand raised in a contest that wound up receiving a fair bit of criticism.
A lot of that is warranted but when you consider the kind of numbers they were able to do, it makes sense as to why Netflix was interested in the first place.
Now, a it’s time to start thinking about the future. Jake Paul loves to constantly reinvent himself and we have a few ideas regarding what exactly he may decide to do next and who Jake Paul’s next opponent will be.
Jake Paul vs MMA
It may sound crazy, but it’s starting to feel like Paul signing for PFL wasn’t just a publicity move. He aligned himself with a brand that is starting to be recognized as a genuine number two to the UFC, and he did that for a reason. We’re not sure who he’d face, but we’re pretty convinced that this is something he’ll entertain at some point down the road.
Jake Paul vs Logan Paul
In the last few days, this has become an even greater possibility. In fact, the two Paul brothers released dual social media posts recently, giving off the impression that they’re going to collide later this year. At this point, it’s nothing more than speculation, and until an official confirmation comes out, nobody can be 100% sure.
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury
The biggest failure from Jake Paul’s career up to this point came in his defeat to Tommy Fury. While the fight was competitive, it wasn’t exactly one that blew people away. Still, Jake is a competitive guy, and you can bet this is one he wants to get back at some point.

It’s the influencer boxing dream match. Jake Paul and KSI both came up through YouTube and really made a name for themselves in their own unique ways. It isn’t exactly going to be the most beautiful boxing match you’ve ever seen but if they do wind up booking it, there are going to be plenty (and we mean plenty) of eyes on this collison.
Retirement?
It may sound insane, but there’s always a chance that Paul may soon decide that he’s accomplished all he could have ever hoped for in professional boxing. Yes, there’s still a lot of money being left on the table if that’s the case, but if he does walk away, he’ll do so having changed the face of the sport – for better or worse.
