The Scotsman unified the super lightweight division after scoring two knockdowns en route to a unanimous decision victory over Jose Ramirez.

It’s not only led to new eyeballs and fame for Taylor, but also seen him enter Ring Magazine’s pound-for-pound rankings.

He even climbed as high as the No. 5 spot which notably sees him above the likes of IBF and WBC welterweight champion Errol Spence, current unified lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez and Vasyl Lomachenko to name a few.

Having called for a fight with former unified super lightweight champion Terence Crawford, Taylor has a chance to move up even further should that fight get made.

Spence, meanwhile, can climb up a few spots depending on how his upcoming title unification clash with boxing legend Manny Pacquiao goes.
