Canelo Alvarez previews superfight against Terence Crawford
Boxing sensation Canelo Alvarez has previewed his upcoming superfight against Terence Crawford.
Later this year, Canelo Alvarez will lock horns with Terence Crawford in what is easily the biggest boxing match of the year. There’s so much on the line in terms of their respective legacies, and while they will obviously go down as all time greats in their own right, this will still be a real test to see what they can handle against a fellow ‘GOAT’ contender.
For Canelo Alvarez, he is the bigger man coming into this, and some would argue that such a fact will bring more pressure upon his shoulders. Terence Crawford, meanwhile, is considered to be the more technically sound boxer, but he could easily wind up being overwhelmed by the power of his Mexican foe.
In a recent interview, Canelo Alvarez spoke candidly about the contest and what he expects to happen.

“I’m not going to underestimate him. I know he’s a great fighter, and he’s going to put his best in the training camp. But every advantage that I have, I’m going to take it,” said Canelo Alvarez to Ring Magazine about his fight against Terence Crawford.
“I’ve been with every style. He’s different because he changes his guard. I hope Terence Crawford comes with a different mentality [than William Scull] and the people enjoy the fight,” said Caenlo. “From my side, don’t worry about it,” said Canelo about his intention to fight aggressively and hard.
