Floyd Mayweather will make his boxing return in February in Dubai.

Mayweather recently revealed he would be in an exhibition match sometime in 2022, which caught many by surprise as he said after his bout against Logan Paul he was done with boxing.

“We got a lot going on,” Mayweather said in a video posted on his Instagram account. “2022. Events, exhibitions, and big business. We can’t be stopped. The Money team. Be on the lookout, right here, in Dubai.”

Now, Mayweather took to social media to announce he will be making his return on February 20th against an opponent TBD. However, he does expect it to be something many fans will like to see.

“February 20th, we haven’t chosen an opponent yet but I look forward to it and hopefully we give you guys something to see.”

Floyd Mayweather, of course, last fought back in June against Paul where he went all eight rounds. After the fight, he hinted that would be it for him.

“I had fun. You’ve got to realize I’m not 21 anymore,” Mayweather said after the fight. “He was strong, tough and better than I thought he was. I was surprised by him tonight… “Absolutely not, I’m retired from the sport of boxing. I said this before, it’s not easy. I mean even for this fight. Train a day, take a couple of days, train a day, take a couple of days off because of the age and the wear and tear.”

Mayweather ended his pro career with a record of 50-0 and is considered to be one of, if not the best boxer ever. He holds notable wins over Canelo Alvarez, Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya, Shane Mosley, Andre Berto, Ricky Hatton, and countless others. He ended his pro career with a win over Conor McGregor.

Who do you think Floyd Mayweather will box in the exhibition?
